$495 fixed fee · 90-minute video session
Bring one defined accounting, workflow, or software problem. I review a small set of materials in advance, work through the issue with you, and send a written recap with recommended actions, owners, and vendor questions.
Process Controls & Workflow Reset
Starting at $7,500 · Typically 2–4 weeks
When a known process creates errors or depends on workarounds, we rebuild one workflow with clear responsibilities, approvals, and control points. You receive a documented process, written procedure, employee training, and a follow-up meeting.
ERP Implementation & Vendor Liaison
$175 per hour · 10-hour minimum block
Get business-side support for a software project or vendor relationship. I help document requirements and decisions, coordinate testing and training, track open issues, and keep the business and provider working from the same plan.
